Maintenance support
for airlines and cargo operators.
Aviation maintenance support network for Part-145 organizations. AOGCrew coordinates qualified maintenance professionals for airline and cargo operators across line stations, network peaks, and fleet transitions.
Operational fit
- Outstation reinforcement. Line cover at stations away from main base where the in-house roster is thin or absent on a given day.
- Type transition cover. Bridge cover during fleet renewal or new-type entry-into-service when in-house ratings are still ramping.
- Network surge cover. Defined-window cover for seasonal peaks, holiday traffic, or new-route launches that lift maintenance demand beyond standing capacity.
Scope
- B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, B1.4, B2 line-rated engineers across narrowbody, widebody, regional, and freighter fleets
- Cat A line authorisation and Cat C base certifying staff for transit, nightstop, and base events
- Experienced unlicensed mechanics for line and cabin work, under your Certifying Staff supervision
- NDT specialists (UT, MT, PT, ET, RT, VT) at Levels I, II, III for inspection campaigns
AOGCrew's compliance boundary
AOGCrew is not a Part-145 organization. AOGCrew does not certify, approve, authorize, employ, supervise or release maintenance work.
All maintenance activity remains under the client organization's approved procedures, supervision, competence assessment, quality system and internal authorizations. The client Part-145 organization signs every maintenance release.
This is the standard subcontracting model under EASA Part-145.A.75(b). AOGCrew supplies aviation maintenance professionals; your organization carries the airworthiness responsibility, as it always does.
Engagement flow
Three steps, none of them automated:
- Submit the request with the station ICAO or hangar location, aircraft type, license category, engagement window, and shift pattern through the company portal.
- Coordination team identifies professionals whose qualifications, type experience, and availability fit. Shortlisted profiles go to your authorised reviewer for selection. Contact details remain with AOGCrew until the engagement is confirmed.
- On confirmation, the professional is briefed against your MOE and presents at the station. All maintenance activity from that point is performed under your Part-145 approval.
