AOGCrew

Maintenance support
for business aviation.

Aviation maintenance support network for Part-145 organizations. AOGCrew coordinates qualified maintenance professionals for business aviation operators when an aircraft sits away from its nominated Part-145 base.

Operational fit

  • AOG cover at outstation. Aircraft grounded away from nominated Part-145 with a defect requiring qualified hands the operator's network does not have nearby.
  • Mobile specialist cover. Engine, structures, or avionics specialist required to travel to the aircraft rather than the aircraft to the specialist.
  • Pre-trip line cover. Pre-flight or transit support during owner or charter rotations where the operator's nominated Part-145 is at a different base.

Scope

  • B1.1, B1.2 licensed engineers across major business jet and turboprop families
  • Cat A line authorisation and Cat C base certifying staff
  • Engine specialists and borescope inspection specialists for unscheduled findings
  • Avionics specialists for retrofit and recurring inspection campaigns

AOGCrew's compliance boundary

AOGCrew is not a Part-145 organization. AOGCrew does not certify, approve, authorize, employ, supervise or release maintenance work.

All maintenance activity remains under the client organization's approved procedures, supervision, competence assessment, quality system and internal authorizations. The client Part-145 organization signs every maintenance release.

This is the standard subcontracting model under EASA Part-145.A.75(b). AOGCrew supplies aviation maintenance professionals; your organization carries the airworthiness responsibility, as it always does.

Engagement flow

Three steps, none of them automated:

  1. Submit the request with the airport ICAO, aircraft type, license category, engagement window, and any tooling or parts constraints through the company portal.
  2. Coordination team identifies professionals whose qualifications, type experience, and availability fit. Shortlisted profiles go to your authorised reviewer for selection. Contact details remain with AOGCrew until the engagement is confirmed.
  3. On confirmation, the professional is briefed against your MOE and presents at the station. All maintenance activity from that point is performed under your Part-145 approval.
