Line maintenance support
for Part-145 organizations.
Aviation maintenance support network for Part-145 organizations. AOGCrew coordinates qualified line maintenance professionals for night-shift, weekend, holiday, and seasonal coverage when the in-house station roster cannot absorb the demand.
Coverage patterns
- Night-shift cover at line stations. B1/B2 reinforcement for inbound nightstops where the station does not justify permanent night cover.
- Roster gap cover. Short-cycle reinforcement for sickness, training, or annual leave windows without expanding establishment.
- Seasonal peak cover. Defined-window cover for summer or holiday traffic peaks that lift turn rates beyond established roster capacity.
Scope
- B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, B1.4, B2 line-rated engineers, Cat A line authorisation
- Experienced unlicensed mechanics for line maintenance work, under your Certifying Staff supervision
- Type-experienced personnel across narrowbody, widebody, regional, and turboprop fleets
- Multi-station availability where the same engineer can be re-engaged across consecutive cycles for continuity
AOGCrew's compliance boundary
AOGCrew is not a Part-145 organization. AOGCrew does not certify, approve, authorize, employ, supervise or release maintenance work.
All maintenance activity remains under the client organization's approved procedures, supervision, competence assessment, quality system and internal authorizations. The client Part-145 organization signs every maintenance release.
This is the standard subcontracting model under EASA Part-145.A.75(b). AOGCrew supplies aviation maintenance professionals; your organization carries the airworthiness responsibility, as it always does.
Engagement flow
Three steps, none of them automated:
- Submit the request with the station ICAO, aircraft type, license category, engagement window, and shift pattern through the company portal.
- Coordination team identifies professionals whose qualifications, type experience, and availability fit. Shortlisted profiles go to your authorised reviewer for selection. Contact details remain with AOGCrew until the engagement is confirmed.
- On confirmation, the professional is briefed against your MOE and presents at the station. All maintenance activity from that point is performed under your Part-145 approval.
