AOGCrew

Support
for line maintenance teams.

Aviation maintenance support network for Part-145 organizations. AOGCrew coordinates qualified maintenance professionals for line maintenance teams at single-station and small-base operations needing short-term reinforcement.

Operational fit

  • Single-station gap cover. B1/B2 cover during sickness, training, or annual leave at small line stations where the standing team has no built-in depth.
  • Schedule change reinforcement. Cover when a customer airline adds a route, increases frequency, or shifts schedule into hours the standing team does not currently support.
  • Type expansion cover. Reinforcement during introduction of a new aircraft type into the station's service, while in-house ratings ramp up.

Scope

  • B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, B1.4, B2 line-rated engineers
  • Cat A line authorisation
  • Experienced unlicensed mechanics for line maintenance work, under your Certifying Staff supervision
  • Multi-station availability where the same engineer can be re-engaged across consecutive cycles for continuity

AOGCrew's compliance boundary

AOGCrew is not a Part-145 organization. AOGCrew does not certify, approve, authorize, employ, supervise or release maintenance work.

All maintenance activity remains under the client organization's approved procedures, supervision, competence assessment, quality system and internal authorizations. The client Part-145 organization signs every maintenance release.

This is the standard subcontracting model under EASA Part-145.A.75(b). AOGCrew supplies aviation maintenance professionals; your organization carries the airworthiness responsibility, as it always does.

Engagement flow

Three steps, none of them automated:

  1. Submit the request with the station ICAO, aircraft type, license category, engagement window, and shift pattern through the company portal.
  2. Coordination team identifies professionals whose qualifications, type experience, and availability fit. Shortlisted profiles go to your authorised reviewer for selection. Contact details remain with AOGCrew until the engagement is confirmed.
  3. On confirmation, the professional is briefed against your MOE and presents at the station. All maintenance activity from that point is performed under your Part-145 approval.
