AOGCrew

Maintenance support
for Part-145 MROs.

Aviation maintenance support network for Part-145 organizations. AOGCrew coordinates qualified maintenance professionals for Part-145 MROs needing surge capacity, specialist depth, or type-specific cover under Part-145.A.75(b).

Operational fit

  • Hangar surge capacity. Customer event input weeks requiring more hands than the standing roster supports; B1/B2, mechanics, and Cat C base certifying staff for the duration.
  • Specialist depth. Inspection campaigns or in-check findings requiring NDT methods, levels, or structures qualifications beyond the in-house ticket.
  • Type-specific cover. New customer fleet input where the in-house team has limited experience on the type; type-rated reinforcement during the engagement.

Scope

  • B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, B1.4, B2 licensed engineers; Cat C base certifying staff
  • Experienced unlicensed mechanics for airframe, engine, avionics, cabin, and structures work, under your Certifying Staff supervision
  • NDT specialists (UT, MT, PT, ET, RT, VT, TOFD where qualified) at Levels I, II, III; Level III method authority where the inspection plan requires
  • Composite, structures, and avionics specialists for incoming customer events

AOGCrew's compliance boundary

AOGCrew is not a Part-145 organization. AOGCrew does not certify, approve, authorize, employ, supervise or release maintenance work.

All maintenance activity remains under the client organization's approved procedures, supervision, competence assessment, quality system and internal authorizations. The client Part-145 organization signs every maintenance release.

This is the standard subcontracting model under EASA Part-145.A.75(b). AOGCrew supplies aviation maintenance professionals; your organization carries the airworthiness responsibility, as it always does.

Engagement flow

Three steps, none of them automated:

  1. Submit the request with the hangar or line location, aircraft type, license category, event scope (check, mod, AOG), engagement window, and any tooling constraints through the company portal.
  2. Coordination team identifies professionals whose qualifications, type experience, and availability fit. Shortlisted profiles go to your authorised reviewer for selection. Contact details remain with AOGCrew until the engagement is confirmed.
  3. On confirmation, the professional is briefed against your MOE and presents at the station. All maintenance activity from that point is performed under your Part-145 approval.
