AOGCrew

Planned maintenance support
for Part-145 organizations.

Aviation maintenance support network for Part-145 organizations. AOGCrew coordinates qualified maintenance professionals for A-checks, C-checks, paint events, and mod packages when in-house teams need short-window reinforcement.

Coverage patterns

  • C-check surge. Heavy event landing in the hangar requires more hands than the in-house roster can absorb during the input weeks; B1/B2 and experienced mechanics for the duration of the check.
  • Paint event reinforcement. Strip-and-paint cycle requires composite repair and structures personnel for surface prep and post-paint inspection.
  • Mod package execution. STC mod, cabin reconfiguration, or IFE upgrade across a fleet needs avionics and structures hands beyond standing capacity for the rollout window.

Scope

  • B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, B1.4, B2 licensed engineers; Cat C base certifying staff
  • Experienced unlicensed mechanics for airframe, engine, avionics, cabin, and structures work, under your Certifying Staff supervision
  • Composite and structures repair technicians for paint, repair, and mod work
  • NDT specialists (UT, MT, PT, ET, RT, VT) at Levels I, II, III for in-check inspection plans

AOGCrew's compliance boundary

AOGCrew is not a Part-145 organization. AOGCrew does not certify, approve, authorize, employ, supervise or release maintenance work.

All maintenance activity remains under the client organization's approved procedures, supervision, competence assessment, quality system and internal authorizations. The client Part-145 organization signs every maintenance release.

This is the standard subcontracting model under EASA Part-145.A.75(b). AOGCrew supplies aviation maintenance professionals; your organization carries the airworthiness responsibility, as it always does.

Engagement flow

Three steps, none of them automated:

  1. Submit the request with the location, aircraft type, license category, check or event scope, and engagement window through the company portal.
  2. Coordination team identifies professionals whose qualifications, type experience, and availability fit. Shortlisted profiles go to your authorised reviewer for selection. Contact details remain with AOGCrew until the engagement is confirmed.
  3. On confirmation, the professional is briefed against your MOE and presents at the station. All maintenance activity from that point is performed under your Part-145 approval.
