AOGCrew

Specialist maintenance support
for Part-145 organizations.

Aviation maintenance support network for Part-145 organizations. AOGCrew coordinates specialist maintenance professionals across NDT, structures, engine, and avionics disciplines when the in-house roster does not carry the qualification at the level or location required.

Coverage patterns

  • NDT method coverage at level. Inspection plan calls for a specific method (e.g. eddy current, TOFD ultrasonic) at a level the in-house team does not hold; cover for the duration of the inspection campaign.
  • Engine specialist support. Borescope or engine event support during scheduled fleet inspection windows or for an unscheduled finding away from the operator's main base.
  • Structures and composite repair. Damage event or in-check finding requiring composite repair or sheet-metal capability beyond the hangar standing roster.

Scope

  • NDT specialists (UT, MT, PT, ET, RT, VT, TOFD where qualified) at Levels I, II, III; Level III method authority where the inspection plan requires
  • Engine specialists across major commercial, regional, and business aviation families
  • Structures and composite repair technicians for damage, mod, and paint events
  • Avionics specialists for retrofit, modification, and recurring inspection campaigns

AOGCrew's compliance boundary

AOGCrew is not a Part-145 organization. AOGCrew does not certify, approve, authorize, employ, supervise or release maintenance work.

All maintenance activity remains under the client organization's approved procedures, supervision, competence assessment, quality system and internal authorizations. The client Part-145 organization signs every maintenance release.

This is the standard subcontracting model under EASA Part-145.A.75(b). AOGCrew supplies aviation maintenance professionals; your organization carries the airworthiness responsibility, as it always does.

Engagement flow

Three steps, none of them automated:

  1. Submit the request with the location, aircraft type or engine, specialist scope (NDT method, structures, engine, avionics), required level or qualification, and engagement window through the company portal.
  2. Coordination team identifies professionals whose qualifications, type experience, and availability fit. Shortlisted profiles go to your authorised reviewer for selection. Contact details remain with AOGCrew until the engagement is confirmed.
  3. On confirmation, the professional is briefed against your MOE and presents at the station. All maintenance activity from that point is performed under your Part-145 approval.
